  The location is nice. The apartment was spacious. The property has a nice pool.

  There are some fundamental issues that need to be fixed:- in our apartment, mosquito nets in front of the windows were either broken or absent (except for 1 window). In hot summers like these (up to 40 degrees daily) and no AC in the apartment, this is unacceptable. Being able to open the windows at night is a must. With Manuel's help, I managed to install an emergency solution, but this needs a permanent fix ASAP.- the kitchen tap only has a trickle of running water. This is unnecessary as the shower does have decent water pressure.- the fridge cools insufficiently. We were unable to properly cool our food and drinks. Upgrade to a grade-A fridge is necessary.- some interior items need to be fixed/renewed (broken lamps, shower cabin, flimsy shower heads).We are totally fine with a more basic level of comfort, but these fundamentals need to be adressed.

  groot zwembad, vriendelijke en hulpvaardige mensen, bar naast de deur, perfecte uitvalbasis voor uitstapjes (Firenze met de trein! zalig!, Volterra, San Gimignano, Sienna, sentierelsa trail (aanrader), lucca, ...).

  - Bar naast de deur zorgt ervoor dat de avonden niet muisstil zijn. Ze zijn in hoogseizoen enkel op dinsdag dicht. Wij vonden die niet erg want konden meegenieten van de muziek en de WK finale maar ik kan me inbeelden dat dit voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar stilte niet ideaal is. - Groot zwembad maar niet perfect onderhouden. Er zat veel chloor in het zwembad. het gras rondom was niet onderhouden en er waren niet superveel schaduwplekjes.

  Thank you very much for your thoughtful review and for taking the time to share your experience. We are delighted that you enjoyed our location, found our team friendly and helpful, and used us as a base to explore the beauty of Tuscany. It's wonderful to hear that you appreciated the nearby destinations and the convenience of visiting Florence by train. We also appreciate your constructive feedback. The bar next to the property is independently managed and, especially during the summer season, it can occasionally host evening events. While many guests enjoy the lively atmosphere, we completely understand that those looking for complete peace and quiet may have a different experience. Regarding the swimming pool, we are sorry it did not fully meet your expectations. Water quality is checked regularly to ensure it meets health and safety standards, but we will certainly review your comments about the chlorine levels, the surrounding lawn, and the shaded areas as we are always looking for ways to improve. Thank you again for staying with us. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future.

  Dans l'ensemble, tout est correct. Logement agréable ainsi que l'environnement. Très bon accueil par les personnes présentes qui sont à notre écoute et qui réagissent vite en cas de problème. Séjour très positif.

  L'accès à internet est très lent mais çà doit dépendre du réseau.

  Casa aislada que permite mucha autonomía y mayor tranquilidad. Tiene aire acondicionado, pero en Agosto no hizo falta utilizarlo al ser una casa bien aislada con muros gruesos. Bien situada para visitar La Toscana. Muy buen paisaje.

  Está muy lejos de la piscina. Difícil de encontrar sin GPS. La casa está cuidada pero se ve vieja, sin encanto. No hay restaurante en la casa ni en la zona.

  Es una buena elección como centro para visitar toda la Toscana. El acceso es muy complicado. No olvides llevar GPS y preparar la ruta de llegada antes de acercarte.

  Comfortable 3 BR 2d story apartment on farm. Beautiful Tuscan countryside. Short drive to town of Castelfiorentino. Midway between Florence & Pisa.

  German manager was not very helpful. Did not provide accurate directions and was rude at times.

  Great home base to visit San Giminiano and Sienna. Go to Castelfiorentino for espresso and the weekly market in the town square.

  for a group of friends, this big appartment we were staying in was super, certain dose of intimacy was preserved, yet big living room for keeping and having meals and fun together is available....

  no particulary negative ascpects....

  absolutely a place to stay, to choose for this money< and for this accomodation...must visit the castle and taste the wine .....
