  Wonderful location in the countryside. Nice and clean swimming pool with plenty of deck chairs. Enough space for two families to sit and eat together outside in the pergola. San Miniato can be easily reached by car in a few minutes, with access to restaurants, gelaterias and grocery stores. Great place to discover northern Tuscany - we went on day trips to Pisa, Florence and the beaches around Livorno. Our hosts Sabrina and Loretta could give all sorts of tips on local excursions and restaurants to visit. They were really helpful!

  -The kitchens could have been better equipped - we were a bit low on plates, trays, glasses and other utensils, but we managed pretty well. - The dishwashers were out of order - our hosts were swift to bring technicians but unfortunately it didn't help. - No air conditioning. With temperatures peaking at 35°C in the afternoons, we had some really hot nights. Keeping windows open was not an option as there were too many mosquitos around.

  Beutiful peacefull setting with vineyards and olive groves at your door. The location was excellent for visiting both Florence and Pisa. Fantastic location for pets, walking the dog was a delight.

  The directions to find the accomodation were terrible. Without the help of a friendly passing motorist, who drove us to the door, we would never of found it. Providing a mobile phone contact number would be advisable. A local detailed map would be helpful.

  Travel to Florence by train, its easy and makes the day. A horse and carriage ride round Florence centre is well worth the cost (50 Euro) it gives you a great view and helps you get your bearings. The crowds in Florence can be quite daunting. Pisa is wonderful ,don\\\'t miss it, and driving to the sights is easy.

  ALLOGGIO MOLTO CONFORTEVOLE,PULITISSIMO, ARREDATO CON GUSTO ANCHE NEI DETTAGLI. PISCINA A DISPOSIZIONE COMPLETA DEGLI OSPITI E BEN TENUTA. LA CORTESIA DEI PROPRIETARI, DI SABRINA IN PARTICOLARE E' STATA IMPECCABILE, SENZA TRASCURARE LA SIMPATIA E LE CHIACCHERATE CHE CI SIAM FATTI.

  NON VI SONO NEGOZI O ALTRO NELLE VICINANZE, SI E' COSTRETTI A UTILIZZARE L'AUTO SEMPRE...MA NE VALE LA PENA!

  CONSIGLIO QUESTO ALLOGGIO A CHI VUOLE ESTRANIARSI DAI RITMI FRENETICI DELLA CITTA', A CHI E' IN CERCA DI RELAX E AMA LA NATURA, LE TRADIZIONI TOSCANE E DESIDERA FANTASTICARE AMMIRANDO DEI FANTASTICI TRAMONTI.
