Chambre magnifique, tranquillité, propriétaires attentionnés...
trés bon conseils d'Antonello pour visiter la région.bon accueil de notre "bimba" de 3 ans.Délicieux petits déjeuners.

Comfortable and relaxing stay!
The bathroom and room were impeccably clean! The owners were really nice and forthcoming. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. The room (Rosa) was spacious and comfortable. The location itself is especially good if you're looking for a place near cities of cultural importance, but still isolated so you can have your peace and quiet.
The road sign is small so easily neglected, and the road up to the farmhouse is a real challenge for the car. Temperature of water in the bathroom fluctuates during shower, so that can cause some surprises.

ce n'est pas une vraie piscine mais un bac a eau .Mauvaise communication sur le mode de reglement( n'accepte pas les cheques ). Route d'accés trés difficile il vaut mieux avoir un 4x4. La chambre était séparée par une simple porte laissant passer le bruit des chambres d'à côté

very nice owners liking their job and place relaxing, beautiful place and view on surroundings nice and clean rooms very good food and wine nice English :)

Great location and wonderful people
Outdoor dining area with great view of Toscan Hills. Friendly family like atmosphere. Good food prepared fresh by the owners. Excellent location to explore Tuscany.

Cisza, piękna okolica, piękne widoki, przemili właściciele, doskonała kolacja, wygodny apartament.
Śniadanie gorzej niż słabe. Koty pozostawiające nieczystości na krzesłach. Plastikowe meble ogrodowe wymagające dokładnego wymycia.

Solala...Toscana ist halt teuer, wo anders gibt's mehr für's Geld
Freundliche, bemühte Pächter. Schöner Ausblick. Zimmer gepflegt. Liebe Tiere, für Kinder sicherlich herrlich. Gutes Frühstück.
etwas überforderte Pächter; "Pool" zu klein und bei mehr als 2 Personen zu voll, schwimmen kann man hier nicht. Autobahn in Hörweite. Leider keine Küche oder Geschirr zum Selbstverpflegen, aber kleiner Kühlschrank für alle

El lugar esta situado en un paraje maravilloso. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y acogedoras. El desayuno estupendo pero mucho mejor la cena que nos prepararon, fantastica. La tranquilidad es perfecta.
Quiza el camino de entrada , sobre todo porque cuando llegamos llovia y eso lo empeoró.

Gemuetliches Farmhaus umgeben von den schoenen Huegeln der Toskana
Unser Zimmer war auch im Sommer angenehm kuehl. Der Pool im Garten hat stets fuer eine Erfrischung gesorgt. Liegestuehle laden sowohl zum Sonnenbaden, als auch zum Schlummern ein. Die Eigentuemer haben uns sowohl Abendbrot, als auch Fruehstueck selbst zubereitet. Es war schoen so viele verschiedene Tiere auf der Farm zu sehen: neben Katzen und Hunden, auch Kaninchen und ein Esel. Auch wenn es mal geregnet hat, war die Landschaft sehenswert.
Der Weg von der Straße zum Haus war nicht wirklich ersichtlich. Es war schwer einer Wegbeschreibung zu folgen. Die Eigentuemer waren aber sehr hilfsbereit u. haben uns eingesammelt.

A fine small family owned and operated farm in the hills of Tuscany with easy access to Florence by train. Great food, enthusiastic owners, pretty and serene surrounds.
Lovely rooms and great breakfast. Super dining on the lawns with Anotole's yummy food. Natalia is a beautiful host and her language skills will have most travelers conversing with her (English, Russian, Italian, French...Spanish!)
Rooms do not have windows, only Velux skylights so the view is poor. Sounds travel very clearly from room to room. Sign-posting from the road and obscure address for your Tom Tom can make arrival an adventure....!

tres bel endroit
tres belle vue (tres tres belle vue) accueil tres chaleureux repas tres bons Nos enfanys ont adoré le lieu grace à la piscine et aux animaux ( ane, chats )
pas grand chose : les chambres peuvent être un peu bruyantes, mais nos voisins du dessus ont été très discrets

A fantastic getaway with excellent caretakers
Antonello and Natalia work very hard to provide the best experience possible. They are very kind, considerate, and go out of their way to accommodate. The location is very peaceful by day, and the dinner provided by the caretakers was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed interacting and exchanging tips and suggestions with the other guests at meals. Breakfasts were also a special treat.
There is no soundproofing between rooms. You can hear absolutely everything being said and done in adjoining spaces as well as the animals outside (which really should be housed on the other side of the farmhouse). It can make for sleepless nights. There were multiple times where we awoke with a start thinking someone was inside our room only to realize it was noises from the room above. The pool is much smaller than we anticipated.

Delightful,interesting and obliging couple working very hard to improve the venue
The food was beautifully prepared from fresh local ingredients and served with a complete description of its origin and preparation. The after dinner conversations about the history of the owners and their work on the house was fascinating and provided a great introduction to the guests exchanging their personal stories.
Would like the rooms set up to better allow preparing own coffee and snacks. The pool was not up to expectations although we understood how much had been done to improve the venue.

A pleasant and relaxing stay
The place is relaxant, in the countryside. The peace is absolved. Antonello and Natalia are really helpfull and always present to help or inform. The dishes at their restaurant were always delicious and good quality. I recommend people to eat there instead of going outside. The restaurant is also quiet and romantic. We absolutely loved this place and we'll return a second time next week. We enjoy to meet them again and live for one week in this wonderful and peaceful place. I can only recommend this agriturismo to all people loving nature and quiet. For information we stayed there with our little baby (less than one year old).
Nothing negative or you are simply to complicated :-)

Antonello and Natalia are wonderful hosts. We missed an airline connection and arrived late. Antonello picked us up at the airport. They made every effort to make sure our stay was great.
The accomidations are very nice. Location is out of town, but has easy access to the train station. It is a very nice walk to the train

Un sejour innoubliable !
L'accueil y a été formidable, Antonello et Natalia sont adorables et de fins cuisiniers, nous nous sommes regales. Ils nous ont bien conseilles sur nos periples. Disponibles pour toute question, tout besoin. Le cadre est magnifique, tres calme et tres bien place. Il faut accepter de faire un peu de km mais la position est bien centrale (Florence/Pise/Lucca/Sienne). L'endroit est propice a un sejour relaxant et zen !
Les chambres sont assez mal insonorisees mais c'est supportable ils font attention a l'agencement de leur reservation.

Good relaxing and comfortable stay very good and unique dinner
Room was clean with all the utilities necessary. It was quiet and homely; we enjoyed our stay in the farm and in the room. The owners are very friendly and helpful, the owner was also the dinner cook and we enjoyed his food and explanations on the food prepared and its origin. We recommend a stay in this farm and the special dinner.

Accommodation for overnighting was rather poor, quality-price of suppers in local restaurant not reasonable, service-readiness ok but as general conclusion i would say that price-level was not in accordance with offered product. We used place mainly to overnight while visiting nearby towns

We are very sorry that the guests now declare to dislike our service, taking into consideration the fact, that during their stay at our farmhouse they would often make us compliments for our cousine and the quality of the food. Besides, they had dinner almost every night at our restaurant! Our restaurant is one of the best ones in the area, you can see it reading the comments of other guests. The prices, that you can find in the rooms, are on the same level of other restaurants of the area, and the quality is even better, because we use only natural and fresh food. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, the price includes bed linens and towels, electricity and heating. Breakfast is also included. Note that the client had chosen the cheapest rooms and we made our best offer for such a long period. P.S. Dear Mr.Van Gucht we sent you the scarf ... !

Owners were very helpful and nice, the food they cooked for us was amazing and their 3 cats made us feel very much at home. The property is beautiful and well-kept and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The breakfast and dinner we had there were superb. The jams and olive oil they make at the farm are also incredible.
We were disappointed that the internet was so limited, we had been led to believe that it would be available free of charge, but somehow we survived for a week with limited internet ;)

A true cultural experience led by warm, helpful italian couple
the extra effort to create a personalised meal - i'm a vegetarian that eats fish & the owner went specially to buy salmon for a linquini whilst serving a carne platter for the other 2 couples. world class. personally fetched & dropped at the station (though the walk was delightful) plenty of extra activities surrounding them - wish I had time to visit the spa
the outside area outside the dining room/lounge was a little scrappy & dirty continuous barking dogs - apparently due to forest animals nearby but does disturb one's sleep

THE PERSONAL SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM OUR AMICABLE HOSTS BEGAN UPON OUR ARRIVAL WHERE WE WERE WELCOMED AT SERRAVALLE STATION. WE ENJOYED HOMECOOKED ORGANIC MEALS IN THEIR DOMESTIC RESTAURANT, RELAXING IN THEIR FRONT GARDEN WITH COMMANDING VIEWS OVER TUSCAN HLLS, MADE FRIENDS WITH FARMYARD PETS, WALKED THE FOREST TRCK DOWN TO SERRAVALLE TOWNSHIP AND WERE FAREWALLED FROM THE STATION EARLY IN THE MORNING.

The owners were really lovely, and cooked us an amazing feast of sumptious food each night. I'd recomend it to anyone. We were there in the heart of winter and it was still a beautiful holiday. I'd imagine summer would be even better
The couple that run it are young and fun. The olive grove is a great place to relax and go for walks. They took us on an amazing winery tour to their friends neighbouring winery where we drank chianti and ate all kinds of home made meats and cheeses. Fantastic!
