This was a beautiful place to stay !!!
Beautiful apartment.Wonderful location.Close to San Gimignano and Florence but yet in the country.Very quiet.Lovely pool and grounds.Good parking.We had a 2 bedroom apt.Had 2 balconies.Great size.

Not as good as 5 years ago
The pool was a fantastic addition to the property
very little work had been carried out to upgrade the facilities since 5 years previous, and the fistures and fittings were getting very tired

Very enjoyable holiday but accommodation was rather disappointing. It was quite expensive and while the apartment was very clean,it was basic.
Lovely location and very close to pool.
we were in "Caffe", which was onthe ground floor, with the result that we had to endure endless noise from he apartment above. I found this very offputting.

piscine agréable. paysage agréable. propriétaire sympa et non gênant.
terrasse partagée avec les autres locataire donc beaucoup de passages, proximité de la route très désagréable car beaucoup de bruits,pas de proximité alimentaire au moins pour le pain donc voiture très indispensable.

Hieno ja siisti kohde. Erittäin avulias omistaja.
Omistaja odotti meitä keskiyöhön asti kun saavuimme. Suuret kiitokset! Siisti asunto. Loistavan iso ja siisti uima-allas alue! Lapset viihtyivät hyvin. Loistava sijainti lähellä San Gimignanoa. Firenze ja Siena ovat myös lähellä. Vielä kerran suuri kiitos omistajan joustavuudesta ja hyvästä palvelusta.
Keittiön tavara varustelu oli aika minimaalinen. Pienellä rahalla sinne saisi kaikki tarvittavat keittiötavarat. Tämä on pieni asia, mutta muuten kerrassaan loistava paikka ja sijainti on hyvä omalla autolla liikkuvalle. Ajo-ohjeet voisivat toki olla paremmat tai Italian teiden kyltit parempia.

Possibilité d'occuper la location à 2 familles avec 2 appartements différents mais avec une terrasse commune.

- Central pour visiter la toscane. - Idéal Famille avec enfants de tous ages.
Les proriétaires parlent Anglais mais pas Francais.

The memeber of staff that greated us was excellent, our flight was delayed and he stayed behind to help us get settled in, which help reduce our stress levels from travelling with young children. Apartment was excellent and well furnished, lots of room to feel at home. The pool and pool-side area was excellent and private, most of the time we had it to ourselves to enjoy a cooling relaxing dip. The views from this place are spectacular and are best taken in over a glass or two of the local vino in evening, whilst sitting on the terrace!
The apartment was excellent, fully furnished and fully equiped kitchen, with plenty of room for the family.
Parking, when all the apartment are full there is very little room for parking so it makes for a tight squeeze.

Une très bonne adresse!
Location très bien implantée géographiquement correspondant tout à fait à la description. Un petit reproche, la vaisselle était un peu sommaire! Par contre une très bonne literie avec les deux salles de bain pour 4 c'était super. Le must: la piscine était vraiment top. Peu fréquentée, nous l'avions quasiment que pour nous!

We loved the infinity pool and the poolside furniture. The peace and tranquility of our surroundings added to our very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
The people in Pancole were very friendly. The view from the apartment and the poolside was very pleasing.
There was not a high standard of equipment in the house if you wished to cook for yourslef.

Wonderful surroundings and very convenient to all the highlights of Tuscany ! Very close to San Gimignano. Spotless and very pleasant. I have stayed here a number of times, it really is worth coming back!

We loved every minute of our visit and still keep the view from the kitchen window as our screen saver. The area is so lovely yet close to San Gimignano. Pancole is lovely and do visit 'under' the church for something very special yet not in any guidebook. Hotel Renaie, small local is 100 yeards with good food, pool, bar and internet - and very pleasant staff. On Saturday night the locals plan bocce ball there.
Great floor plan with nice sunny breakfast deck, nice furnishings, lovely views and charming small hamlet - very authentic Tuscany. Church is a must visit with the underground creche and the dialy walks of the convent girls. We'd do back in a minute!
None - for us it was perfect.

A very confortable and nice place
Good space, good view, good location, adequate equipment.
Our shower was horrible. Very little water, almost boiling. Difficult to take a bath. We demanded for a fixing, but it remained very bad.
