Nice apartment. A lot of space.
Warm and comfortabel.
Very noisy because of the traffic. You will need earplugs. Breakfast box wasn't very much. Difficult to find in the dark.

On the rural south edge of Florence
With your car, easy to drive into Florence, and easy access to the towns of Chianti and beyond. Spacious rooms and nice outdoor area. Air conditioning worked well for September.
Since owner is not on premises, guests had repeated trouble entering the locked facilities when they first arrived. You must call ahead and arrange a time to pick up your key or be met at the gate. No staff on property also means no good local advice. The pool has a lovely view of a valley below the place, but the mosquitos are quite troublesome. Some rooms' windows open directly onto a busy rural roadway with noise.

Beautiful setting
Beautiful setting in the hills with the pool lapping over the edge. Lovely courtyard to eat in. Local wines delicious. Owners very friendly.
Slightly troublesome puppy from next door liked to steal people's towels from the pool area to play with! Otherwise nothing negative.
