Choose September and relax!
We were lucky, because nobody at that week of September was there. Absolutely relaxing was for us. The apartment is well-equipped. The swimming pool is awesome - and you have enough space to swim not to mention that it's cca. 3m deep.
No negative aspects - we were alone, only the personnel was there - they are watching the TV a little be loudly sometimes, but no disturbing or negative factors.

An alarming experience
The villa is situated in an excellent location for sightseeing in neighbouring towns and villages The owner was very obliging and most helpful despite his limited English. The villa was very private and even with the shared pool the owners made every effort to vacate it when we were using it.
Being woken up in the early hours of the morning because of the alarm was a constant problem. The villa isn't equipped with a suitable air-conditioner to cool in the hot summer temperatures making sleeping difficult, add to that the alarm going off and it made for some difficult sleeping conditions!

Joli site et joli espace. La proximité des villes de SIENNE, FLORENCE, PISE, SAN GIMIGNANO, ETC.... est très confortable.
Accueil par le personnel très positif

This B&B has potential but needs attention.
The location on top of a hill and the views are wonderful.
The facilities could be really nice but numerous things need to be either repaired or replaced. The kitchen is minimally equipped. Hot water is intermittent and the shower head needs to be replaced. The lounge couch is a throw-away. The owner has no fewer than 4 dogs one of which barked throughout the night most nights. The house is 1.6km up a very rough, gravel road. Clouds of dust were the norm. The walls are paper thin and the persons occupying the adjacent were quite noisy. The pool shown on the website was covered in a ripped old plastic tarp which had filled with water and was now home to all sorts of foreign marine life including mosquito larvae.

cadre exceptionnel et bien situé pour visiter la Toscane propriétaire sympathique et très discret
le site qui surprend à l'arrivée avec une vue panoramique et une grande piscine la nature environnante et le calme un petit magasin de proximité à 3 km de la location vendant des produits alimentaires dont pain et plats préparés, ouvert toute la journée jusqu'à 1h du matin

A secret corner reveals the secrets of Tuscany
The place is of the beaten track. It opens a window to the tuscany country side. It offers a refuge from the helter skelter of real life. The area s full of beauty, serenity and fresh scents. The roads are empty (beware, local cars passing byare usualy particpating in a race to god knows where...). The swimming pool with the gorgeous view provides a finishing touch to a masterpiece. The host was very freindly.
Air conditoning and some more natural light in the rooms would be very welcomed. At least bigger windows with mosquito screens would be an improvement. The directions should be more precise.

un lieu magique, un paysage de rêve, vue dégagée coucher de soleil magnifique, je rêverai d'y retourner si je pouvais être sûre que ce soit propre !
quel dommage ! c'est sale ! cuisine sale,vaisselle sale, je suis restée collée sur la hotte quand j'ai voulu l'ouvrir, salle bain avec pommeau de douche qui est tombé par terre; sale en général, c'est tellement dommage car le reste est paradisiaque.

El viajero no ha dejado ningún título
-tres belle vue panoramique depuis le gîte - cadeau d'une corbeille de tomates en cours de sejour
-literie en mauvais etat -lave vaisselle prevu dans le descriptif et non present dans la cuisine -armoire d'une chambre inaccessible en hauteur sauf si vous mesurez 2m50, -beau mobilier en apparence mais en mauvais état a l'usage - refrigerateur de trés petite contenance par rapport à la capacité d'accueil.et la distance des supermarchés.. -la maison prevue pour huit personnes ne contient que 6 chaises ,trés pratique ..... -accueil trés expeditif ,le proprietaire etant pressé de partir en week-end, a fait une visite trés succinte des lieux omettant l'essentiel ,à savoir comment fonctionne la chaudiére en cas darret ,ce qui manifestement se produit souvent par mesure de securité ,resultat pas d'eau chaude pour la toilette du samedi soir et avons perdu la journée du dimanche en coups de telephones et attente ..... avons temoigné notre mecontentement au proprietaire concernant le lave vaisselle (c'etait pour nous un critere de choix )il s'est déchargé sur l'agence ...et pour finir , prise de congé inexistante ....

Wonderful relaxing place
Size and quality of housing, swiming pool and surronding. The view from all around the property is gorgious. Horses, swans and peacocks around the house. Good peaches and apricots from the orchard.
Nothing particular. Missing toilette paper at our arrival.

Great location!
Fantastic views, close to all the Tuscan Hilltowns. Relaxing, warm welcome.
Kitchen lacked sharp knife, cutting board,kettle, tea towels. It was cold when stayed there and we had to ask for heating which was provided intermittently over 3 days of our 7 day stay. We were charged E30.00 for this. Cleaning was E60.00 not the quoted E50.00. No English spoken but we managed with broken Italian and sign language!

El alojamiento corresponde a las fotografías que se ofrecen en el portal. Las instalaciones muy bien para niños pequeños. La piscina es muy grande y poco concurrida, los columpios que se ven estan delante del apartamento y en buen estado. Puedes visitar animales dando un paseo... la niña lo agradeció (caballos, gallinas, patos...) Las vistas son impressionantes, típicas de la toscana y la tranquilidad absoluta.
Bastante bien situado para visitar, Pisa, Florencia, Siena y pueblos típicos.
El último tramo de carretera no está asfaltado y aunque se pasa con un coche no 4x4 es incómodo. Las ventanas del apartamento necesitan mosquiteras, pues hace mucho calor y hay muchos insectos... está en pleno campo. No dispone de aire acondicionado.

Os damos las gracias por los comentarios pisitivos y os recordamos que estamos en el campo, en plena naturaleza y que por este motivo hay algunos insectos! No encontrareis carreteras asfaltadas, la toscana es bella asi!

Malheureusement l'état de propreté des lieux n'était pas ce que l'on peut éspérer, pas suffisament de vaisselle, pas de cafetière, pas de grill-pain, équipement de la cuisine insuffisant

Impresionante sorpresa!
La verdad es que casi no vimos fotos por internet, y cuando llegamos, después de subir por un camino a una típica colina de la Toscana, nos quedamos flipados. La piscina con vistas al campo, apoteósica. El trato inigualable. Sitio perfecto, muy cerca de Florencia, pero lo suficientemente lejos como para sentirte en el campo.
Si los había, no los vimos.

We were a group of 6 adults and 5 kids (grandparents, parents and kids). We used the house and both apartments. The view was gorgeous, the pool was beautiful and we had a great time.The owner was very helpful (although he didn't speak English!)We had a problem with the oven and on the same day he went out and bought a new one and installed it. The area is beautiful.
